2.              Introduction of Plans for 2017 by the Chapter Programme Officer

3.              Presentation and Approval of Accounts by the Chapter Treasurer

4.              Adoption of Constitutional Rules for the Beijing Chapter

5.              Introduction and Election/Confirmation of RASBJ Officers for 2017
