Events and Activities

Focused on art, culture, architecture, history, books and performance, RASBJ organises talks, panel discussions, films and book presentations — and unique day trips. From spending the night in a Buddhist monastery to visiting the last artisan who makes calligraphy brushes by hand, our Beijing excursions are often one-of-a-kind.

Please note our liability disclaimer: RASBJ members and their guests are asked to wear appropriate footwear and clothing when attending events/excursions, and to adhere to any safety instructions or other codes of conduct. Please also bear in mind the physical requirements of each activity; participation is at your own risk. RASBJ accepts no liability for any loss or damage, including personal injury or damage to property.

Since 2020 we have been offering these online and in-person. Below, please find details of all upcoming and recent events.
